Can someone please explain to me why CNN and others keep on talking about Palin improperly using her email account when no one has offered evidence?

I have been listening to CNN and they keep repeating this charge against Palin, but none of the emails provide any evidence of this. This hatred of Palin on CNN's part is really gone well past any possible justification.
