Illegal aliens being encouraged to vote in North Carolina
After watching this video does anyone doubt that there is significant levels of vote fraud occurring because of illegal aliens?

No doubt in my mind after watching the proofs presented in the video.
However, as an experiment, I tried to use Snopes as a means to test whether or not they address the issue of illegal aliens involved in voter fraud as opposed to other entities who deny such activities occur. I could not find anything about illegals voting at all on the Snopes website. A quick google search does have arguments for both sides however.
What Snopes does show, is only one example, where they say they have proof that voter fraud did not occur.
The following is a direct quote from Snopes regarding voter fraud in the 2012 election;
"In the 2012 presidential election, Barack Obama did lose in every state that required all voters to provide photo ID, but those states were only four in number: Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, and Tennessee. Meanwhile, contrary to what is claimed here, he also lost in many states that did not require all voters to provide photo ID: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming."
Geez, I recall voting in the 2012 election, and I had to provide a photo ID to vote, yet Snopes seems to have forgotten what State I live in? (Michigan).
Truth be damned...
