Obama does commercials for George Lopez



The George Lopez tonight show is scheduled to beginning airing in a couple weeks on November 9th. This ad might have been taped during the campaign last year, but it is now being used while Obama is president. It seems a little strange that a sitting president would do an ad for a TV show.

Surreal. But if you think twice about it, it makes sense because this presidency is a joke, albeit a very bad one.

I hate to be the one defending the guy (this is actually a first), but it states at the 3 second mark that this was taped during the 08 campaign. Huge difference between a candidate doing such an ad and POTUS doing it.

I would like to retract my above comment. The Lopez contract was announced 5 days before the election. ( http://www.popcrunch.com/george-lopez-late-night-talk-show/ )
It doesn't seem likely that a presidential candidate who didn't have time to visit all 57 states ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpGH02DtIws )would make a last minute schedule change to film a spot for a late night program when that program would start until the next fall.
