Has anyone compared how partisan the stimulus is in both countries, as well as the percentage that goes to infrastructure? I think our in Canada is fairly 'neutral'.
Our PM has his masters in economics.
I believe the reason why Saskatchewan is doing so well is they dumped the socialists for a business friendly government a couple years ago.
