Obama’s Crutch — Why Is He So Afraid of Speaking Without a Teleprompter?
Late night comedians have had a difficult problem. Presidents are usually the source of most late night joke, but comedians are having a hard time finding any material to make jokes about President Obama. This isn’t anything new, it was also true during the campaign.
Possibly they just need some help. Could you imagine if Ronald Reagan or George W. Bush had used a teleprompter to answer questions during a press conference? The late night joke writers wouldn’t have let it go until the President gave in to the merciless ridicule as he was painted as an idiot who couldn’t tie his shoes without being fed instructions on how to do it.
While people who watched Obama’s first national press conference noticed his use of a teleprompter to give his initial presentation as well as in answering questions, the media and late night joke writers completely ignored it. . . .

Remember the jokes about bush being nothing more then Chaney's puppet? I wonder who the puppet master is?
I could see a SNL skit where Obama asks his kids how school is but has to use the teleprompter wherever he goes.
Teleprompter or Blackberry, whispered conspiracy or 'offer he cannot refuse'; they're the the visible 'strings' that are evidence that he is a sockpuppet-oligarch figurehead. A puppeteer has his directing hand in BlackBarry's nether regions'
Prepare to be assimilated by the BOG BlackBarry. Resistance to Obamination is futile. BOG Brothers are watching - OBEY!
Re your "large number of possible questions".
Teleprompted answers to the approved and supplied questions.
Remember that during the campaign, Ms. Rodham used plants to ask favorable and prepared questions. So what's the difference here? I'm wondering if the people asking the questions to The B.O. are planted. You'd think they have to be so the proper answers come up on the teleprompter. Either that, or the teleprompter operators have very fast hands and enter general answers to keywords in the questions.
I vote for the "planted questions and predetermined answers" angle. Anything to make a The B.O. look good.
Here's the reality: if freedom and free choice lived within you, then no question would surprise or dishevel you as these foundations inherently live within and speaking to them and from them, is as natural as blinking your eyes and breathing.
My question is, are the comedians afraid to make fun of him because they agree with him, or is it because of his race?
