William Ayers dedicated a 1974 book to Sirhan Sirhan, Robert Kennedy's murderer, and his most recent book to a long list of cop killers

Note that Ayers and Obama served on two boards together: the Chicago Annenberg Challenge from 1995 to 2001 and the Woods Foundation from 1993 to 2002. For the first five years with the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, Obama served as chairman of the board and handled its fiscal matters. Ayers was the Chicago Annenberg Challenge’s founder and he served as the chairman of the foundation’s other body that set education policy. This first book was published in 1974, while Obama was on a board with Ayers and shortly before they started working together at the Annenberg Challenge foundation. Ayers last book, Fugitive Days, is dedicated to a long list of people who have killed police officers. Just as a reminder, here is my recent piece on the false statements linking Obama and Ayers. As I have argued before, Ayers regularly made statements about his radicalism during the 1990s.

Is there a typo here somewhere? I've read and re-read this and I'm missing something.

Have you seen the Larry Grathwohl interview? The Weatherman anticipated having to kill 25 million hard core capitalists. http://the-right-guy.blogspot.com/2008/10/is-bill-ayers-just-misunderstood.html

Here is the "smoking gun", if you will:

"and I assumed that he had been rehabilitated"

Rehabilitated from what?

Apparently you claimed to NOT know the extent and even alluded to NOT knowing he engaged in such behavior, he was just "a professor in my neighborhood".

Mr. Obama, when did you have this assumption of rehabilitation? Just give us an approximate time frame.

He's a liar; his behavior has revealed a pattern of deceit, denial and dishonesty.

He has played the cat and mouse game with the American people attempting to convince us that we are racists for questioning his judgment.

And now, just today, we hear that “his faith in the American people has been vindicated”.

Are we to believe that a man who thinks America NEEDS to be vindicated; or that for the first time in his wife’s lifetime that she’s proud to BE an American are content of character by which we would elect such a person to watch over our great nation?

Do you think the Kennedys know about the dedication to the individual who killed Bobby?

I bet they do by now, but being the Kennedy's, they will probably over look it. So how about the Civilian National Security Force Obama wants?

jr: no, you're not missing something. It's a typo, or a pathetic last ditch attempt to further link Obama and Ayers.

If Mr. Lott really meant what was typed, then he's saying that Obama served on a board with Ayers when Obama was only 13 years old.

Clean up your act, Mr. Lott.
