"Teen pregnancy drops as Planned Parenthood vanishes"

Here is my interpretation of the results: If you make abortion more difficult, people should have fewer premarital pregnancies.  They would have fewer premarital pregnancies because the risk of getting pregnant would be greater.  Now I would have done the study differently with a clearer panel approach with fixed geographic and year effects and I would have checked to see if there were more places to have abortions, but the work by the American Life League available here is suggestive.

Of course, these results if correct would be consistent with my earlier work and would be consistent with a drop in single parent families.
