Remember how Chicago murder rate fell last year? Well, don't look to arrests for murder being the cause
Murders in Chicago were down last year, but it’s a different story when it comes to the number of murders actually solved.

Only 30% of murders solved? Sounds like Chicago is a great place to kill somebody. It would be nice to see Mayor Rahm Emanuel doing his part to reduce the violence there, but he is not.
The depravity of a ruling class that denies the right to keep and bear arms while allowing most murders to go unsolved is manifest.
