Remember all the attacks on Obama not putting out a budget earlier this year while he kept attacking Republican proposals?

Well, it seems as if the President is up to more of the same tactics. Even the New York Times had to admit this in their editorial today:

The one troubling note of the day was Mr. Obama’s failure to provide enough specifics on some of his proposals . . . .
