Romney Flip-flopping on man-made Global Warming?

Anyone who has been following Romney since at least 2008 knows that he has felt strongly about man-made Global Warming. Yet, with Rick Perry's entrance into the race it sure looks as if Romney is changing positions on yet another issue. From The Hill newspaper:

"Do I think the world's getting hotter? Yeah, I don't know that, but I think that it is," Romney said in New Hampshire on Wednesday, according to Reuters. "I don't know if it's mostly caused by humans."
But at an earlier event in June in New Hampshire the former Massachusetts governor seemed more convinced by the possibility of global warming.
"It's important for us to reduce our emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases that may be significant contributors," Romney said in June. "I believe the world is getting warmer, and I believe that humans have contributed to that." . . .

The squishy RINO from Marxachusetts abandons his support for AGW in hopes of becoming more viable against Perry, and has now assumed the unimpressive position of professing ignorance regarding the validity of the issue. However, there is a cost associated with a flip-flop, so I don't think that this will help him. He comes across as adopting a noncommittal position of convenience that he doesn't actually believe. He's dropped into neutral on the issue, which isn't going to get him any traction with anyone. It's a phony position that's assumed by someone who is either such an idiot that he truly can't make up his mind, or a slippery politician who is lying to hide his real position, which became inconvenient. Romney had made up his mind on the issue, so he's lying when he now says that he doesn't know.
Rick Perry, on the other hand, has taken a definite stand and called AGW a "phony mess", which must have sent tremors through the lucrative and fraudulent AGW industry.
What is Mitt's new campaign slogan going to be in light of his recent conversion to a platform of ignorance on AGW? "Mitt Romney - He Doesn't Know!" or "Romney - He Doesn't Stand for Anything!"?
It's good to be Rick.
