BP is going to face some big liabilities, but go through the proper process through the courts. We have seen this administration undue protections in auto company bankruptcies. Napalitano points to VP Biden supposedly threatening BP executives by saying "give us the $20 billion or we will take it."

The NY Daily News put it this way:
