Dear John;
I read your above titled post, and hope I mis-interpreted it. The 2nd
Amendment expressly enumerates the right of all citizens (felons, psychopaths, etc., excepted) to keep & bear machine guns. A militia without automatic small arms would be a totally futile organization.
I enjoyed your presentation at Covington, KY last October. You did an admirable job of filling in for Wayne LaPierre.
