Overall, it found 50 per cent opposed to a requirement for "a more robust set of background references," saying the current system is already sufficient. About 38 per cent supported more references. About 10 per cent were "neutral," the survey said. . . .

Needless to say, this government orchestrated "consultation" of various "stakeholders" was completely biased against real solutions to the "gun crime" and "gun violence" problem...even though the government is Conservative and supposedly "pro-gun". It was set up to confirm the positions and policies they already have in mind.
