    RINO's are known for being fiercely tepid. That makes it easier for them to capitulate to Democrats.

    They tend to sound like this when they whine, "Well, you know, I never really endorsed that position because I regarded it as rather extreme, so it's not really a flip-flop for me to lend my support to the current proposal as put forward by my colleagues on the other side of the aisle."
