This is an interview that I find interesting because a Chicago politician is asked about my research on gun control. You can watch the interview here.

Don't confuse me with facts, I'll believe whatever I want! What an ignorant woman.

Her website claims she won the Democratic primary for Cook County State's Attorney.

Interesting indeed. Notice how many of her statements were prefaced by "I believe..." There is, of course, a good reason for this. One must be a true believer in order to support "gun control," for if objective fact is involved, it's impossible to support it. Hence, belief trumps fact, and all will be goodness and light.

Fascinating that a woman running for office as a prosecutor should have so little regard for facts. One wonders how she interprets and applies statutes that happen not to coincide with her 'beliefs."

I believe, she did win the primary, and I believe this state is in a lot more trouble when the Democrats hold every political office. Unfortunately in CrOOK Co., no one votes for the intellect, they vote straight Democrat, whether they have a clue (or not) about the office of which they are campaigning.
Being a police officer , I believe I could NEVER vote for her.
