Accused Aurora Shooter James Holmes Cased Movie Theater 12 Days Before Shooting
As I have written previously, the killer picked the one movie theater out of seven that banned permitted concealed handguns. Now there is a little more evidence that he probably realized that the theater was posted to ban guns.

There is a factual error in the referenced article with respect to "bullet proof" vest. As far as I'm aware, the evidence shows that he was wearing a load bearing vest that did not contain any Kevlar panels. The vest itself does not have a bullet resistance rating.
ReplyDeleteAlso not mentioned was the fact that Mr. Holmes was being treated for a mood disorder by the university itself, and on medication that is linked to violence.
