Missouri is joining a long list of other states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. There are three difference however with Missouri: 1) it is filing a friend of the court brief and not officially joining the lawsuit, 2) it is only asking that part of the law be struck down, and 3) the attorney general in Missouri bringing the case is a Democrat. I've noticed that CA is not among the states filing. Oh well. If the decision goes against them, one or more will just pass a law or state constitutional amendment that basically outlaws Obamacare. Then that state, or those states, will become the most populous and business-friendly states in the Union.
