The American College of Nurse-Midwives has issued an unequivocal statement in support of planned home births, citing a study in the British Medical Journal that showed home births to be no riskier than hospital births. . . . .

Why would this even be something that the government would "ban"? How you have your babies is up to you - whether it be at home or in a hospital. It's personal choice - oh that's right! Some groups and government officials want to control every single aspect of an American's life.
