Wow, that woman is CLUELESS!
BTW, the audio ends after just a few minutes. Right after he asks her if that was the only restriction she favored the clip ends.
Sorry, the link has been fixed.
Mr. Lott, be sure to tell Wayne LaPierre "thanks" for that tidbit on "gun free schools" that we constantly get thrown in our face by the anti's (25:50 on the tape). Too bad you were not afforded the opportunity to respond to that.
Dr. Catellani's commentary reminded me of something I read once:
The difference between gun control activists and gun rights activists is simple: gun rights advocates know what they are talking about, because they have depth of knowledge and expertise about firearms and pay attention to the issue. Gun control advocates, for the most part, don't know anything about guns, aren't interested in guns, and only pay attention to gun issues when the latest blood-dancing press release arrives. There's no sustainability.
Another fascinating (though subtle) kind of bias: Notice the number times he referred to the gun grabber as "Doctor Catellani"? I don't believe he referred to John as "Dr. Lott" a single time. At least Dr. Catellani did him the courtesy of doing so (three times).
Thanks, ccblunt. The host actually did start to refer to me as Dr. Lott towards the end, but I believe that it was because I complained via email to the show's producer while we were on the air.
I thought it was "Dr." but I thought I might have been misinformed somewhere along the line or that something had changed. My apologies Dr. Lott for not fact checking something that I, at the very least, felt was in error.
