Some Venezuelans travel to nearby CuraƧao, where they buy $5,000 of casino poker chips with their credit cards, exchange the chips for cash and then sell the dollars on the black market back in Caracas. . . .

Dr. Lott, I wanted to say that I first saw you today on C-SPAN 2's Book TV and you really were a breath of fresh air. I'll probably even go and buy your book, and for a poor college student, that means something. Thanks for writing something that seems revolutionary these day, that Adam Smith basically got it right 231 years ago.
