Whenever I hear this story, it's always small gun shops, and never Wal-Mart. Is the ATF acting as a Wal-Mart mercenary shock force by trying to force small gun shops out of business and thus driving business to big boxes?
Thanks, but unfortunately, the BATFE goes after everybody.
The Bush administration has increased the BATFs budget by 300% over the past 6 years to almost $1 billion, which in turn has increased BATF prosecutions by 40% and license revocations to record levels. Then again Bill Bennett and G.H.W. Bush initiated the "assault weapon ban" by banning the importation of "non-sporting" firearms, Clinton just applied it domestically. Repubicrats - all, anti-gun - all.
There are certain criteria that need to be met in order for those guys to revoke. What did they gig you on?
