Woman Employee Uses Gun to Stop Masked Armed Robber
However, the employee later told police, the would-be robber appeared not to hear the warning shot, and pointed a handgun he was carrying at another pharmacy employee, saying “give me all your hydrocodone (a Schedule III controlled pain-killing drug).”
The employee who had initially fired a warning shot said later that she then pointed her revolver “at the center of his (the suspect’s) chest and pulled the trigger.”
After uttering an expletive and calling the employee a derogatory name, according to the police report, the masked man fled. . . .

I'd like to say "Nice job!"...but...warning shot?? A .22 cal is certainly better than nothing at all but, everything considered, I'd say this lady and everyone in the pharmacy was quite lucky. It could've been a bloodbath. Glad it worked out.
