Hi John, Afraid I can't agree with the position that too much exercise causes cancer. My personal experience has been regular moderate exercise is an extremely powerful cancer treatment and preventative. I suspect this is for two reasons. Cancer needs glucose to grow and regular exercise routes the glucose production to the muscles for repair and energy. Cancer also thrives in an oxygen deprived environment. The increased uptake of oxygen due to exercise raises the pH and oxygen level of the blood. Again a powerful anti-cancer state of agent.
What an ignorant theory! Exercising as much as you can burns off calories and fat and if you eat too much of what isn't too good for you, that will increase a risk to other things but you cannot say a little too much exercise causes cancer! It's down to what you eat and what you do in your lifestyle, not to how proactive you are! I doubt you are a professional John.

Dear pdazzler and Lauren:
I was citing these studies because I thought that it was so silly. The exclamation points should have been a give away.
