And what about the suit in Boston against Wal-Mart for not having the "morning after pill" in stock.
Brought by three women backed by abortion rights groups

Thanks, Bill. On your case, I don't understand how people who claim that they support freedom of choice for women don't want to let Wal-Mart decide what they want to sell.

Nanny: That's what government has become to us. Hearing loss is a major problem in the country but no law will ever fix that: Education might.

Most people do not know that the amount of time you are exposed to noise has just as much to do with hearing loss as how loud the noise is. There was an article published in The Rolling Stone, with a comparitive chart.

If my car is capable of traveling at a speed that is unsafe for road conditions and I am injured in a crash because I'm traveling 120 mph....It's Chevrolet's fault right?

For this device to cause permanent hearing loss it would have to be a prolonged exposure. Certainly long enough for him to remove the plugs from his ears. Any attorney worth his salt should be able to argue this one away. The sad part is corporate attorneys don't come cheap and Apple will probably settle out of court to avoid the headache and this guy will get rich for being stupid....ultimatly at yours and my expense.
