Seems PorUSAdministration may have noriced duplicative costs. The admin may be thinking of putting at least some of these in one place,

Faur enough. But remember, this administration has done that before - not by eliminating anything, but ny creating a "czar" position (and staffing) with powers usually exceeding those of any of the "combined" bureaucracies.
