Weird: Obama administration orders Marines to take the bolts out of their rifles during inaugural parade

What possible justification could there be for this policy change?  It couldn't really be that Obama is afraid of Marine, could it?  So why do this?  Just to make a statement about guns?
“Didn't know the Marines had to take the bolts out of their rifles for the Inaugural,” an email forwarded to Gun Rights Examiner from a United States Marine Corps source observed. “Wonder if someone can explain why [they] would be marching in the inaugural parade with no bolts in their rifles!” . . .

    Boy, Nixon's Watergate caper is starting to look pretty mild, isn't it?
    He actually had to leave office "in disgrace"!
    What in the world would it take to unseat Obama?
    This is the new "normal" I guess. I don't know about anyone else, but I liked the OLD one a lot better!

    It appears that the Obama regime doesn't trust anyone with a gun within range of the Dear Leader.
